Ministry of Justice suspended the registration of YChD for one month
The Ministry of Justice sent a letter, which said about the suspension of the registration of the public association Young Christian Democrats for a month.
In the Ministry they demanded from the YChD to submit documents, the submission of which is not prescribed by the law, in addition to the documents already submitted. The YChD’s leadership does not intend to submit these documents and believes that they are necessary in order to fabricate a case on the association’s non-registration, the press-service of the BChD reports.
We would remind that the constituent assembly of the public association Young Christian Democrats took place in Minsk on 3 November 2012.
"The constituent assembly and the procedure of the founders signing for the creation of the organization was videotaped. These shootings will certainly be shown in court, in the case if the YChD is officially refused a registration", - the chairwoman of the organizational committee of the YChD Maryna Khomich pointed out.
