Mass arrests at Naftan refinery
A deputy general director and other top managers of Naftan refinery have been arrested.
The main investigative department is investigating a criminal case against Naftan's managers over corruption.
The criminal case was opened on the ground of materials of the main organised crime and corruption department of the Interior Ministry, official representative of the Investigation Committee Yulia Hancharova wrote on Facebook.
The deputy general director and a number of managers as well as directors of companies of the real sector of economy have been detained.
The suspects are charged with abuse of power (part 3 of article 424 of the Criminal Code).
Investigators are working to establish the circumstances of the offences.
